Order Processing and Shipping Times

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM  Monday to Friday.

Order Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. During sales or peak times, processing times may be longer. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times do not include weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

Primary: Domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS, however we may also use other carriers depending on availability, destination, and rates.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping (8-18 business days): $6.99 per order.

We default to standard shipping. If you need faster shipping, please contact customer service for a quote and to pay the difference.

Delivery Areas

We ship throughout the United States. If you are outside of this area, please contact us for assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track the status of your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you find that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].

In the event that a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed, or similar reason, the customer will need to pay additional shipping charges for us to resend the package. Please ensure that the correct address is entered before completing the order.

Taxes

Currently, we ship within the United States and the price you see does not include tax. When you check out or pick up your order, tax will be automatically updated based on your shipping address.
