1. How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Once processed, standard delivery times will be approximately 7-15 business days. Please note that processing times do not include weekends and holidays.
2. How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status of your order.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.99 per order within 7-15 business days.
4. Can I request expedited shipping?
Yes. Please contact customer service to arrange expedited shipping and pay the difference.
5. Does Unisexwardrobe.store ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you are outside of this area, please contact us for further assistance.
6. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, the customer will be charged additional shipping costs for us to reship the order.
7. What should I do if my order is lost or stolen?
If the tracking information shows that the order has been successfully delivered but you have not received it, please email [email protected] for assistance.
8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours. After this time, the order may have been processed and we will not be able to assist with cancellations.
