30-Day Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return the product for a refund, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Important Note:

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange the product, please return the existing product according to our refund policy and place a new order.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:

Proof of purchase: Include the packing receipt in the return package. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted.

Product condition: The product must be unworn, unused, undamaged or soiled, and retain the original labels. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the product being returned to you.

Original packaging: The product must be packaged in its original packaging.

Return Label: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Packaging Condition: Make sure the returned item is in new and undamaged condition.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.

Refund processing time may take 30 business days, especially during peak periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund request has been accepted and processed. Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 30 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of placing it. You have 24 hours to cancel or change your order.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to honor cancellations or changes.

Faulty Products

If the product you have received is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, with a photo and description of the fault. We will arrange for a return and offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you
